Get Status API

TeleSign’s Get Status API is specifically for use with SMS Verify and Voice Verify. You cannot use it with other products.

The Get Status API is a companion API that allows you to retrieve the status of an SMS Verify or Voice Verify transaction for up to 12 hours after you send your SMS or voice message.

You can retrieve status information with this API on the Get Transaction Status page. You must have a reference ID for your transaction and your TeleSign credentials (Customer ID, API key) to use the API Explorer.
